FORNER

Description:

It is a traditional sweet flat bread from Catalonia. It is made from a bread dough, before baking it is sprinkled with sugar and when it comes out, aniseed liqueur is poured over it while it is still hot. To temper the wood-fired ovens, the Cocas de Forner were baked first and the oven was then ready to bake the bread.
